tonight i stare at the black sky.
No stars twinkle, sparkle.
No bright eye to guide light down to earth.
No spot light moon.

Tonight I lay on the cold stoned floor.
Staring up at the darkened dusk.
The sun is fading, my life, decaying.
Tonights Black sky.

I feel the warmth leave my body.
I feel wet and cold.
the stoned floor is reddening beneath me.
as I await the darkness slowly, consume me.

Suddenly and yet...rather slowly.
Peoples faces blur in front of me.
Some familiar and some, strange.
And I think their.. calling out to me.

I don't feel their fiery hands of warmth and heat.
I can't see their bright loving eyes.
Only Darkness.
my love, my .... demise.
I can hear slight weeping, but it too... is fading.

I can't hear now, Nor see.
I have seemed to have forgotten what is happening to me.
I no longer feel the pain.
I... guess I'm fading away...

I know one thing.
One thing for sure.
and that is...
I know i'd soon become a distant memory.
